I know I promised a tutorial a long time ago because people were asking BUT YEAH I felt like it would just be a waste of time since it's... very... simple... and not perfect or really hard or special at all --

This is a coloring tutorial for PAINT TOOL SAI. Not sure if it will work in other programs, srsly. I always use Sai for coloring, so I really have no clue.
